Hello

I am trying to save an excel workbook as .dbf to be imported into my invoicing system. When I do this, it is losing some item numbers.....it loses the same ones every time I try to save it causing those items to not be imported (obviously).

The weird thing is that is the only column any information gets lost in.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Ed.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
export as comma delimited text and see if any weird text value is there.

You might check the format of the data column in question.

I have set the whole worksheet to text.

I copied and pasted values into a new workbook

I phrased that wrong in my original post, it is losing data in several cells. Some of the data it is losing is all numbers and some is a mix of letters and numbers.

Thanks
Ed.
