Lotus Notes Email notification when file saved

I'm assuming I would have to use VBA to acheive this. But, I have no idea where to start. We have a file that is updated quite a few times a week, and when one particular person saves the file we want an email notification to go out to let the people know that the file has been updated. How do I go about doing this?
