Need assistance on creating macro to check cell content, IF it equals cell above THEN cut a range of cells in that row and paste into row above and to the right.

Can this be done WITHOUT VBA code usage. I'm just a beginner macro user and so far have only used "point and shoot" macros,... no vba typing.

TIA

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.

What defines the range of cells to be cut? Should it be the entire row? What should happen to the cut row? Should it be deleted?

The range of cells is cell relative to L3 (or the current cell I am in)
Example would be I'm comparing data in cell K3 to K2.
If K3 = K2 then I'm cutting cells A3 to J3 and pasting them to L2 (through U2).
Then deleting row 3.

Will there be instances where K will have more than 1 match?

Note that I'm heading out of town for a few days, but someone else will be able to help out.
