I have read other messages and I don't seem to be able to get this to work for me.

I have a single workbook I want to print to other than the default printer. I want all pages of the workbook to print to the lower tray in landscape format.

The printer I want to print to is XeroxPS_103 on Ne01: I want the documents to print to tray 2. I do not want to change the default for all other excel documents and workbooks. I want this to print tabloid.

Now. i can find the vbe, but I don't exactly know how to insert the macro. So I need help with that too.

Thanks is advance.
