Macro Help. New to Macros

Hello.
Column A will always have the date and time in the pictured format, in 1 second intervals for a whole month.

My goal is to hide or delete any rows that have a number less than 50 in column B. ( I have the macro to do this, picture attached)

Then, I would also like to hide/delete any rows between the first row with a number higher than 50 and the last row higher than 50.

Essentially, giving me a start and stop time in column A for the flows over 50 in column B.

I found the macro to hid the rows with the flows less than 50, but I don't know enough about coding to delete/hide the times in-between the start and stop times.

Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I was thinking I could maybe change column A from a date format into the general format for times.
Then, create a code to hide/delete any numbers which are 0.00069444 above the previous cell and also 0.0006944 below of the following cell.
Again, I have no idea how that would be coded in VBA. Just what I was thinking..
