Macro to align rows based on matching values

Hi - I would like to generate some code which sorts the cells in columns A:D and columns F:I and inserts blank cells where required so that the entries are always aligned based on the value in Column A and Column F - so if you look at the example above - after the macro is run it will look this this....

The columns under the grey header are A:D and the green header F:I

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Question: Will every entry in column B always exist in column G, and visa-versa?
