Apologies, I tried downloading that Jeanie thing but it isn't having any of it on this pc.
Anyway, here goes:
Column B contains a unique id (always begins with 000) followed by dates that rent has been received.
So, in cell B2 you might have 00012345, in cell B3 you would have a date, in cell B4 you **might** have a date or you might have another unique id 00012346.....
For each date, there will be a corresponding monetary amount in column G.
So, above, G3 would have a monetary amount, if there was a date in B4 then there'd be a monetary value in G4.
For each unique value in column B, there could be any number of rows containg dates and rent received values beneath, it's non-standard.
What I need is something that will group unique ids (always beginning with 000) and total rents received.
