I'm very new to writing macros. I'm not even sure how to start this one. I want to merge all cells in a column that have the same value (would be Bug ID below). I know how to do that. But I also want to merge all cells in Bug description that match that Bug ID. I want to leave the host names unmerged. I know merging data becomes a pain afterwards. The source data would be untouched, this macro would create a snapshot report.

Host Bug ID Bug Description
system1 2 very bad
system2 2 very bad
system1 1 worst

Any help would be great.
Thanks
