Macro To Remove Duplicates from Excel Table & Keep First Instance

Hello,

I need a VBA code to remove duplicates from an Excel table (name is Table1) from a column called Orders and only keeping the first instance. I would like code to specify the column name where to look for the duplicate (i.e. Orders) instead of like Column 3, because sometimes column(s) can be added before or after.

Region	Amount	Orders
North	55	123
South	25	555
North	20	123
East	15	999

So the result from the above should look like this:

Region	Amount	Orders
North	55	123
South	25	555
East	15	999

Also would be curious on how to show the last instance instead of the first instance of the duplicate Order.
