Macro to select multiple value(one by one) in drop-down list

Hi Experts

Im seeking your help.

I need macro to select all the values(one by one) from dropdown list in excel sheet.

Note : Macro should select values(one by one) so that rest of the cell values will change based on the values in drop-down list.
