Macro to take screenshot and save as picture file in same directory

Is there anyway that I can create a macro that will take screenshot of a set range of cells and then save that image in the same directory as the excel spreadsheet with the file name:

"(text from cell C4) Dashboard - (text from cell C2)"

* Note: Cell C2 is a date formatted m/dd/yyyy I would want the file to use text ie: January 1, 2014
