"Macros" heading in Excel?

Does anybody know how to load the "Macros" heading in Excel.

I wrote a compiler for the Macro code, but I've lost the loader. Or is there another way I don't know about yet?

Get help while writing formula
Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
Not sure I know what you mean by 'Macros heading'. You can always open the VBE editor using Alt-F11.
