I am doing a mail merge using office 2003. When I import all of my excel data into the new word document, all addresses import fine. The data I have problems with is numbers such as $xxx.xx and percentages (10.125%). The numbers will not round and stay in the 2 or 3 decimal points I need in my merge into word. Does anyone have any idea how fix this? I have modified cell settings in excel every which way and still have the problems maintaining the excel formatting in word. I don't have this problem in office 2000, but in xp and 2003 the problem persists.

In Word you can format your mail merge fields as required.
