any help would be much appreaciated

I'm looking to get a warning in my e mail when a certain number such as 186 days expires comes up in a cell
I have the conditional set as this

=IF(E9>=185,"MAINTENANCE DUE",IF(E9<187,"COMPLETED")) right now the cell turns red as a warning when i look up my list - machine # 236

but i'd like to create an e mail warning when 186 days is reached in that cell that machine # 236 is due without having to look up that list

is this possible

thank you. BK
