Make chart with 3 columns

Dear Helper!
I am making statistics over the salaries of the employees of our company. I have 3 columns, one with year of exam, one with the salary and one with the name of the employee. Now I would like to make a chart with year of exam of the x-axis, salary on the y-axis and a name-tag with names from column 3 on each point (x,y) ,in order to see who that point represent.
Is this possible? And if so, how do I achieve it?
