I never made billing on excel before I not sure what to do. that why I need help with this problem I having. I be happy any help or ideas.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.

You'd probably need to add more date paid/amount paid columns - if you had large bills, and only paid small amounts each time, but it gives you an idea, perhaps?
