Making VB Command Button Appear

I have been trying all day to figure out how to make one command button appear once a person has selected a previous command button.

I am trying to make a sheet where if someone clicks yes the proper text appears and then a new Yes and No command boxes appear for the next portion.

Does anyone have any idea on how to make this happen in VB?

Welcome to the forum,

Why not use an IF statement to change the button Caption once clicked and then what every you want based on the Caption saves having to many buttons on a sheet. Then in the workbook events just reset once the workbook is opened.
