Mandatory cells in excel using OR condition

Hi All,

Please help me on below requirement in excel.


If i maintain any value on NAME cell any one of (Father name (or) mother name (or) guardian name cell value should be mandatory.

Name	Father name	Mother name	guardian name
John		XXXX
Sunny			XXXX

</tbody>
