manipulating the VBE from a macro

I have seen this topic discussed here before, but I am drawing a blank trying to search for old threads.
I want to be able to create and delete a macro, using a vb macro. If someone could point me in the right direction I will be ok. So, for example, how would I go about creating a new macro called Sub Test() (and where would my code to do this need to be?) and how do then run and delete the same macro?
Don't feel you have to answer all these questions, I just need somewhere to start looking or some code to start me off.
Thanks

Phil

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Hi Phil,

Haven't actually tried this myself yet. However, I have seen it discussed on Chip Pearson's site:

EDIT - bloody typos!
