Map Chart

Hi!

I'm creating a bubble chart that has a map in the background. The bubbles size depends on headcount but I'm facing I have headcount that is 1000+ and some headcount that are 4 and 25. These headcount won't be visible enough on the map, is there any way I can make all the bubbles appear in a proper way?

The table of chart is as below:

Maybe, instead of using different sizes, you yould use colours?

Choose a light shade of red for 0-50 people, a shade darker for 51-100, a shade darker for 100-200.....

So why not using either:

Thank you for your input and help, my version doesn't have 3D Map, I'm using Excel 365 Pro.

Thank you for your suggestion! But in my situation that won't help.

Thank you so much, that really helps! Now how can I change the bubble size? the size depends on the headcount of each country.
