Hi,

I have hunders of x and y coordinate points and I had to plot them in excel.

I have plotted these points using the X and Y scatter option without a problem.

I am now trying to upload a background map, so user can visually see the location of the each point.

I have the screen shot from the google map but the image is well off from its TO BE location. I know in Mapinfo, there is an option to register the raster image which sets the static image location in relation to coordinate points.

Is there a simialr option in excel to register the static image or

is there a better way of creating the X and Y maps with background picture??? using some macro ???

please please help......

Thansk in Advance
