Hello,
This is a question that has been bugging me for quite awhile. For whatever reason, probably my lack of knowledge, but I often need to make the same basic change to a formula in a range of cells. Not as simple as replace all $A$10 with $B$10. More like, inserting a '(' in one part of the formula and ')' in another part, and an 'OR' in yet another part. What I would like to do is do a mass change of an edit to all cells in the highlighted range - without Excel telling me there is an error and won't let me leave the cell until it is fixed.
Is there a way to turn off Excel's cell formula error checking, temporarily, until I get all my changes made and then turn it back on?
Thanks,
George
