Match 2 columns if 4 characters are the same

Hi. I have an excel question. I am needing to put either "yes" or "no" in column F if columns D and E match. I only want to consider them a match if 4 or more characters in a sequence are the same.

For instance:
Column D Column E Column F
Betty@help.com Help brokers Yes
John@liveins.com Help brokers No
Ron@butler.com Butler inc. Yes
Sally@abc.com ABC Comp No
John@bestlife.com John Smith Yes
