I'm conducting exit interviews for my employees. I have a matrix style questionnaire.

When I export the data it comes through like this:

I would like to be able to produce the results in a matrix style (Just like the questionnaire) and be able to total the number of Strongly Agree, Somewhat Agree, Somewhat Disagree, Strongly Disagree and Does Not Apply per question.
I've attempted a couple of different pivot tables however I cannot get the layout to work for me.
Any suggestions?
