Jut to recap I've deleted my "file" command from my worksheet menu and I can't get it back. Any ideas ?

I've tried re installing and ASAP utilities but to no avail ! I'm getting a bit desperate now !!!!

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
Hi Harvest.
Right-click on your worksheet menu bar, choose customize, select the Toolbars tab, select "Worksheet Menu Bar", Click reset.
This will restore the defaults.
NOTE:
If you have customized controls on the worksheet menu bar, they will be lost. To avoid this, before resetting, drag them temporarily to another toolbar, reset the worksheet menu bar, and then drag them back.
