I am doing a thank letter for donations I received I have a letter written and I have Excel spread sheet with the names of the donors and amounts and address now what I want to do is take that information from excel and put in word instead of copy and pasting them one by one. Is there any way I can merge data from Excel file into Existing World document template automatically.

Any suggestion / help appreciated.

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
Take a look at Mail Merge in Word. you can specify a worksheet as the data source.
