I know this is basic.. So apologies in advance.
I am wanting a message box to pop up at the end of a process where the user will key their ID.

The ID then will be inputted into the sheet ("Sheet1"). range A2

Any help on this one?

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
I am assuming you are talking about a VBA process, and you want VBA code.

You can't use a message box for user input, use an Input box.

VBA Code:
Worksheets("Sheet1").Range("A2") = InputBox("Please enter your ID", "Enter ID")
