I am using a MIN function to determine my lowest Subcontractor Bid. =MIN(R86,U86,Z86,AC86,AF86,AI86) I have six columns for 6 subs. Herein lies the problem. I only have three subs bidding so the MIN is picking up the first zero columns as Low Sub with zero dollars. Is there a way to do this without revising the MIN function to take out the three cells I do not need.

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
Are the cells between the 6 columns empty? If yes try:

=MIN(IF(R86:AI86>0,R86:AI86))

confirmed with ctrl + shift + enter, not just enter.

Cell R86= $0, Cell U86=$70,000, Cell Z86=$80,000,The remaining 3 cells are $0. I still am getting a $0 in the MIN cell.
