Minimum commission cap

Hi,
I need to create a formula for a commission sheet so the commission doesn't go below the minimum.
$135.75 is the minimum commission a salesperson can earn on a sale. Once the gross profit exceeds $1501, instead of the min comm they get 10% of the gross profit over that amount. The total amount in bold red with the gold background is the cell I want to use.
How can I get it to cap the min comm at $135.75 if the profit is below $1500, but then put the 10% on if it goes over $1500?
