Is there a minimum value formula that meets the below points?
  • Minimum value from a table column
  • Multiple criteria
  • Pulls the minimum value of the unhidden data from the filtered table column
I previously used a minimum value nested if formula (i.e. {=Min(If...,If(...)}, but I now need this to only pull the unhidden minimum when the table is filtered. Is this possible?

Thanks

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Resolved. Found the below online.

Excel Formula:
{=MIN(IF(Criteria1=x,IF(Criteria2=y,IF(Criteria3=z,IF(SUBTOTAL(109,OFFSET(Value_Field,ROW(Value_Field)-MIN(ROW(Value_Field)),0,1))>0,Value_Field)))))}
