More Cubevalue/Cubeset questions

I have recently started using PowerPivots with some success but more through blundering around in the dark than from any knowledge. I have reached the stage where I can quite happily use the Cubevalue function to extract specific data.

For instance I can pull out the total sales of a chosen type for a chosen customer and I can extend that to selecting sales on a specific date (Thanks to BrucePorter).

I would now like the ability to pull out the total of those sales between two chosen input dates and I have run into a brick wall. I have tried to experiment with Cubeset but I can not find any guidance as to the proper usage of Set_expression and I am not sure if this would provide the route to the solution in any event.

Given dates, customers, sales types and sales values in the PowerPivot tables, can anybody show me how to extract the total sales for a customer between two dates of my choice. I am afraid the answer will have to be in words of one syllable!
