I'm still working on creating an individual Word hyperlink for each record.

I've created the form, I have the code in place to open Word and save the document, but I'm now having problems getting the hyperlink to show up in the table.

I'm having the user input data into a form (ie: patient name). I want the field for patient name to be the hyperlink to the Word documents.

I've tried changing the format of the field in the form to "Hyperlink = Yes", but the field ends up showing exactly what I typed surrounded by "#"s, with no link.

Also, if possible, I only want the patient name to show up in the field, not the whole address of the Word document.

hopefully this makes sense.

As always, thanx for any insight you can give.
