Move Acct Balance Dec 2009 to January 2010

Hello,
I need some advice to move the following:

On December 31, 11:59PM
On Workbook: Household Payments 2009
On Spreadsheet named: Dec

Move: Current Balance on Cell L28


To: Workbook: Household Payments 2010
Spreadsheet: January
Cell L5

Why not just link to the cell now? Open both workbooks, and for L5 on 2010 book, just hit = and then navigate to the other workbook to l28 and hit enter. It will update as long as the workbook is there. If it is not there in a later time, it will keep the number that updated.

Thats a good manual solution

But I would really like the Current Balance on L28 to automatically populate at 11:59PM on Dec 31. See below:

From:
Workbook 'Household Payments 2009' - Worksheet 'Dec' Cell L28

To: Workbook 'Household Payments 2010'
Worksheet 'January' Cell L5
