Anyone know of a way to get this to open up with full access? That's kind of the point of having SharePoint and being able to have multiple users have access and change a file at the same time. At least, that was my understanding.

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Make sure you have edit rights in that folder. Search for the “owner” of that directory

If I select the "Edit Anyway" I can edit the file. I just find the banner annoying when it wasn't there before.
