I have run a report and put it into Excel 97

I have used the Data - Subtotals option to sum certain columns.

One of the columns contains the date and time in format
dd:mm:yyyy hh:mm

how can I do a count on each 1 hour.

Any ideas
Thanks

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
It's a bit simplistic but you could use this formula:

=TEXT(A1,"hh")

If the data and time 14/02/2005 19:00 was in A1 this would return 19. You could then group on this.
