MTD Conditional, Need to display the most up to date information

I have table that my managers update each week where they input numbers in for the following date ranges 1-7,1-14, 1-21, 1-28 1-31. The cell range is D7-H75. I do not want the sum In my MTD I just want the most up to date info.
