Multi condition IF statement help needed

What I am trying to do, is create a formula for the QA PAYOUT column, where, IF the QA DQ column is Y, the result is $0, if the QA column result is between 86%-89.99%, the result is $100 and if the QA column result is 90% or higher, the result is $200

84.05%Y
