I am trying to add multiple conditions to one side of an OR statement. Essentially, I am attempting to nest an AND statement in an OR statement in an IF statement.

Here is a simple example of what I am trying to accomplish:

If A1 is blank (regardless of any other conditions) display “good” otherwise display “error”

OR

If A2=1, A3=2, and A4=3 (regardless of whether there is or is not a value in A1), display “good” otherwise display “error”

Here is a sample of the formula I wrote which is not working:

=IF(OR(A1=””),(AND(A2=1,A3=3,A4=3)),”good”,”error”)

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
Your post is a bit confusing, but perhaps this is what you are looking for?
=IF(OR(A1="",AND(A2=1,A3=2,A4=3)),"good","error")
