I have set conditional formatting for Columns A-M based on data from Column D. I have been able to highlight the row red if the award is expired, and the row yellow if the award expires in the same year as Today. I also have been able to highlight data in Column J if the value is greater than or equal to 365.

The issue I am having is keeping the formatting for Column J if the award is also expired or will expire.

These are the formulas I have:

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.

Tick the above two for - Stop if True and check

So I did that. But I need the formatting in Column J (when the value is greater than or equal to 365) to stay the same if the award is current, expired, or will expire.
In that case keep ticks as it is, but move the rule up or down in order of your preference - Top the most prefered.

Try and revert
