Multiple Conditional Formula is Fubar

Please help if you can! I greatly appreciate it.

Need a formula that would do the following:

Look at C4 and if value there does not equal "ISP & OSP - PRC" *and* there is no value in either N4 or M4, make C4 blank.

Conversely, if C4 has value that does not equal "ISP & OSP - PRC" and there *is* a value in either N4 or M4, have C4 show that value.

There will never be a value in both N4 and M4.

If you enter a formula in C4 that refers to C4 you will get a circular reference error.

You would need to use code or set Iterations to 1 to avoid that error.

Gah! That was a typo on my part. SO sorry

Formula to be contained in J4.
