I need a formula for the following:

If the number in cell B2 is equal to or higher than the number in cell D2: "No Need"
If the number in cell B2 is lower than the number in cell D2 but higher than the number in cell F2: "Low Need"
If the number in cell B2 is equal to or lower than the number in cell F2, "Urgent Need"

This is as far as I've gotten and suddenly stumped how to proceed:

Excel Formula:
=IFS(B2>=D2,"No Need",B2

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
Perhaps this:

Excel Formula:
=IF(B2>=D2,"No Need",IF(AND(B2<D2,B2>F2),"Low Need","Urgent Need"))
