Multiple Users of an Access Database

Can several users use the same database at the same time? Is there anything specific I should be aware of when implementing something like this...

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Depending on how many users you get using the DB, it will sometimes lock up. This usually happens when a lot of people leave the DB open when they are not using it. The best fix for this I have found is to write something that will cause it to timeout and close if there is no activity.
