Hi Could someone Please Help on this
$F$2 Needs to Match B:B and G2 Needs to Match A:A and $H$1 Needs to Match C:C. If all there Match then Answer is Yes else No.

Put this formula in cell H2 and copy it across to cell I2, then copy them both down to your last data row in Column G...

=IF(COUNTIFS($B$2:$B$6,$G2,$C$2:$C$6,$F$2,$D$2:$D$6,H$1),"Yes","No")
