Multiplication Problem

Hi,

When a fraction is multilpied to an array of numbers, i want the results of the whole numbers only. Please see example below. Is there a way of doing this in a simple manner (macro/function)

one way is to hide the results by Conditionally Formating the cells with a formula like:

=C4<>INT(C4)

However if you want cell D21 to read "Result is 1, 7, 14" for example then that is more work. Try this in cell D21:

="The Result is "&SUBSTITUTE(D17&", "&E17&", "&F17&", "&G17,", *","")

but replace D17&", "&E17&", "&F17&", "&G17 with the full set of cells making up your array.
