My Macro is disabled

Hello!

I need help please! Not sure how to fix this issue, my macro is disabled as you see in screenshot below and I'm not able to enable it. Is there anyway I can enable it?

If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
Is this on a works computer?

In that case it looks as though your IT department has locked you out of changing those settings.
