Name direction

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Assuming the original value is in A1, put this formula in B1:

=MID(A1,SEARCH(" ",A1)+1,LEN(A1))&", "&LEFT(A1,SEARCH(" ",A1)-1)

but this might not include if there are any name prefixes.

Like this:

=RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-FIND(" ",A1))&", "&LEFT(A1,FIND(" ",A1)-1)

where A1 contains the original text.
