Name not showing on chart

I created a chart from the blank report design. I placed a chart on the design, but it will not show me which month I picked, it will only show correct data by Fiscal Year. The report I created using the same query runs and shows data fine.

To better explain. I have included two screen shots. One is the report pulling a query and the other is the chart pulling the same query.
