Need an Expert to unlock a worksheet

I have a worksheet that another employee created but is no longer here. I am trying to understand the format to make updated changes. Part of the file seems to be locked, I think.

I would like to send this form to someone to see the file in its full version. Please contact me with an email address to do so.

Sometimes people Protect a sheet without a password. If that is the case, then you should be able to Unprotect it by clicking "Unprotect Sheet".
Other than that, if it is protected with a password, we cannot help you out, as per board policy.
