Need cell reference to change based on condition.

Cell B4 has the value 20% Cell B5, B6, B7, B8 and B9 are all currently empty. Cells D5 - D9 each have a value. Cells E5 - E9 currently have this formula =D5*$B$4 with D5 changing do D6, D7, D8 and D9. Here's what I need. If any of B5 - B9 have a value, I want the formula for the corresponding E5-E9 to change so instead of looking at $B$4, it looks at the value in B5, B6, B7, B8 or B9 accordingly. Thank you in advance.

=IF(B5<>"",B5,$B$4)*D5
