Hi,

I just started a new job at a manufacturing company. The plant that I work at has 32 production units. Each unit is given a daily score on how well it performs. The data is extremely erratic. My boss asked me to analyze it and see if there is a trend to the data, so for example after 4 days of less than average is the 5th day average or above average? What is the probability of after 3 below average days that we have an average day? This will help us determine a schedule for cleaning, maintenance, etc. The best analogy I could use would be the stock market, after 3 down days what is the probability the 4th day will be up based on the data set.

Can someone help me with how to do this analysis? Much appreciated. I uploaded a set of fake data for an example.
